Weird high pitched sound when i move my mouse

i recently bought some new ear buds (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) to replace the ones i previously had which broke. as soon as i plugged these in and put them in my ear i began to hear a very obnoxious high pitched whine whenever i moved my mouse, but as soon as i stop moving it the sound also stops. I was wondering if there is a possible quick and easy way to fix this? Any response would be very helpful
