HDMI to TV, sounds drops out for 1-2 seconds time and time again.

I have a Dell XPS 15, INTEL I5-560M(2.66GHZ), NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 420M 1GB GR

I've connected by laptop to my TV with a HDMI-cable. The sound and picture works but when watching movies and listening to music the sound drops out for 1-2 seconds every minute or so and then returns. I've tried using another computer and did not have this problem so it ought not to be the cable.

I've just upgraded so I have the most recent drivers, do anyone have any suggestion how to get rid of this? Really annoying.
