Looking for a small sound card for HP S5000 series

Hello, I recently bought a HP Pavilion S5000 series desktop PC and It only accepts 4" X 3" cards (very small, isn't it?) so my question is if there a sound card that fit in that slot size. There are USB 3.0 cards that fit.
Please advise.
Any Brand is welcome.

most soundcards aren't very big. though if the standard size is too big there are a few small options.

if something like the photos/results above aren't going to work then you always have the option of getting an external sound card which normally hooks up via usb.
