Why so quiet on Nocona release

I have been waiting for Nocona's to be released forever because the xeons have been lagging so far behind for so long.

I've been wanting to build a dual cpu system forever, but wanted to see some good data between opterons and other comparable processor/mobo combos.

Well the day finally came, and a few days have passed and I have not seen any reviews on these new chips, nor have i seen them offered at any sites that sell cpus.

Will tom be reviewing them anytime soon? I checked 2cpu.com and have not seen anything.

I really, really would like to get some data on the performance of these new chips and see how they stack up against the 533FSB xeons, and the opteron 200 series.

Until i see that, i won't buy anything, for lack of information.

I have a feeling they're going to get spanked by the Opterons.
