Hello,
My granddaughter is on MSN hotmail and has had her account hacked, password changed, and e-mails sent to her mailing list that are disgusting. She can't seem to contact anyone who will help her unless she pays an arm and a leg. How can she get control of her account again?

Has she tried contacting Microsoft directly? If not, check this link out to get ahold of them:

I had to get my brothers back once. They changed it a bit , but I think its generally still the same.

My yahoo account had also been hacked on that way. I clicked link for forgottonen password, typed answer on security questions which I set, and changed my pass. Then I returned control.

Thank you so much. Unfortunately, she has not tried this one yet. The others she has tried, but nothing helped.

Did that, no help, they even changed the security questions
