fonts all the same size

I remember checking soemthing that said to ignore what other web pages specified so that my font settings would override what the webpage author intended...Now all my fonts are the same size...i cant remember where that was I checked that...Any ideas? I want to undo it...Thanks

Internet Options > Fonts

or

in Internet Explorer, View > Text Size
