  1. It its back ordered? anyone else got any ideas?
  2. hmm its strange that its back ordered. It seems to be out of stock everywhere.
Well another good option is Sager NP8690,but its battery life is like 1hr
  3. the asus 51 is good but i couldnt take that to class id feel so gay with that lid it has
  4. If anyone has a recommendation for a laptop, then specify it rather than point out a specific brand only.
    to OP,
is 2hrs of battery life a must ? because Sager NP8690 is a great choice, but its battery life isn't very good

    BTW,Logan check your PMs :)

    Is that toward me??
  6. I am looking for the same kind of specs. I found this one from Asus

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834220696

    and this one from lenovo

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834146777

If i may, i would like to ask a question at the same time.. are these powerful enough for decent gaming experience or not?
  7. ^^ I Like these can some one tell us if these will power say WoW at Ultra?
  8. I think that Ultra settings would be really pushing it with those cards. Take a look at the benchmarks on this page and see for yourself (WOW is not tested but COD is): http://www.notebookcheck.net/ATI-Mobility-Radeon-HD-5730.23825.0.html
  9. Okay i have come ip with an alternative idea..
Using a netbook for class and building a desktop for my room
    Any thoughts for college life?
all of it would have to add up to the same
  10. When i say "to OP" i mean the original poster, which in case is you.
And as for the notebook you found,GT 330M is a mid-range card and can handle WOW and COD on high settings if you lower your resolution(to something like 1024x768)
  11. okay well the battery life is not a must!
  12. Best answer
Then go for the Sager NP8690 and you won't be disappointed :)
