I picked this up for £82.99 ($133.36) and it was originally £114.99 (184.80) It came through this morning but I can't test it yet as I haven't built my new PC yet.

Here are the specs:

Features:-
- LCD panel type: TFT-LCD
- Panel Size: 21.5 inch/54.61 cm
- Aspect ratio: 16:9
- Pixel pitch: 0.248 x 0.248 mm
- Brightness: 250 cd/m²
- SmartContrast: 300,000:1
- Response time (typical): 2 ms
- Inputs: 1x Analogue & 1x DVI-D
- Optimum resolution: 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz
- Viewing angle: 176º (H)/170º (V), @ C/R > 5
- Display colours: 16.7 M
- Scanning Frequency: 30–83 kHz (H)/56–75 Hz (V)
- sRGB
- 3yr On-Site Warranty

I know it isn't excellent but as long as it is adequate for gaming then I will be happy.

Thoughts?

The specs are the same as every other monitor, can't tell from that. Look up some reviews online for the model. 3yr warranty is nice.

You already bought it though, normally you ask about a product, then buy it. The other way around won't do you any good. I believe the term is "closing the barn door once the horses are gone".

Monitors are hardly reviewed and I don't think it's that old, they just came in stock today.

I couldn't turn down the offer so I bought it quick. If it turns out bad I will DSR it, pretty simple :D

I will probably keep it though in case I ever plan on going multi monitor, I will probably upgrade the monitor to 24" next year anyway.
