    I would re-install the motherboard chipset, specifically USB, drivers.
    Are you connecting a USB device that is not detected or installed properly ?

    violation type 6= time-out
    time-out code 5= Timed out waiting for a suspend-port request to complete

    look for a usb device that will not enter a suspend/sleep state
    start cmd.exe as a admin
    run powercfg.exe /energy
    and look at the energy-report.html to see what device has the issue

    Maybe disable or change the requested sleep state of the usb device in question.
