Best monitor for $150-200

Currently I'm using an old Toshiba 32AV500U as a monitor. If your to lazy to google it, well it's a 720p TV that has ~32 in. screen. It weighs approx. 500 lbs and is really glitchy when it comes to simple tasks such as turning on.

I'm looking for an upgrade.

My price is 150-200 because it seems like the sweet spot for budget monitors that displays a clean and crisp image and still game worthy.
1080p is required but most monitors are anyways.
I'm hoping for 23-24 inch screen but definitely no less than 21.5 inches.
DVI
LED backlight would be nice but if somebody can show me an absolute killer display that is still CCFL backlight then it will be considered.
