Help!
After installing ZoneAlarm and restarting my laptop, everything I click on a message saying ''Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.'' pops up.
Never had the problem before, its as if I am no longer the administrator anymore as if i now try to delete anything I have to ask my system admin for permission... When I try to click on anything to do with the admin controls nothing comes up.
I assume it may have something to do with ZoneAlarm but I cannot unistall it from control panel and it won't let me even delete it straight from the folder. When I first restarted my laptop ZA didn't even pop up with permissions.
If anyone could shed some light on this it would be much appreciated. I'm a trainee teacher and rely on it working!!
