Blue screen during starting windows

Hello Toms hardware!

Im going to keep this short and sweet. I made a new PC and powered it up, first I received an error 'CPU FAN ERROR' then I went into bios and deactivated fan control. From their onwards I have been encountering blue screen during starting windows. The copy of windows 7 is pirated.. just to mention.

go buy a properly licsenced copy and see where that gets you.
