Hey folks I was posting as I am looking at upgrading my laptop and could not deicide what would be a better buy for me. I am currently at two extremes on what type of laptop to get and any advice would be greatly appreciated. I will post links below to the computers I am looking at but I was hoping to find a good mid price range laptop that could run some games (Oblivion on medium settings or at least Counter Strike Source/HL2 on medium to high). I know I can get way more horsepower out of a desktop but the one i have is, well, obsolete and starting to make the death rattle when the case fan comes on. Any suggestions, outside of the 3 laptops I am listing, either as a laptop/barebones desk top combo or good semi-gaming laptop under 800 - 1000 would be welcome.

(PS the toughbook is because I have kids at home and have had soda dumped on 2 laptops. My obsolete desk top is a 2.1 Ghz HP Pavilion A320n with 2 gigs of ram and a AGP card slot so it is severly limited on upgradability. In fact I just saw one available for less than the shipping would cost to get it :?)

Thanks for the fast reply, I was looking at work and that was just what i happened to find at the time. For some reason I can access TigerDirect at work but not newegg.com. I would be willing to go to about 1000 if I new I could eek out some better performance for the price or if anyone had suggestions on a good external video system. I had looked at the viddock2 but am not really sure how well they work or if it is worth the money.
