Windows 7 64 bit wont boot

Hello,
ok here goes have a system lenovo 9120 all hardware passes diags, loads and runs win xp and vista and win7 32 bit.

all ok when i load windows 764 bit it completes load reboots and competes setting up for first time then reboots to start the hd light starts to blink then I get four dots and sits there no hd light no boot just hung there, tried everything HELP...

first this win 7 64 is a legit copy or pirated software
