Bad Image Errors

Hey guys! I have been lurking this forum for a long time, and now that I am experiencing a problem with my computer, I thought it would be a great time to register and post Also I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so please let me know.

The problem I have is that anytime I try to open any programs (FL Studio for instance) it tells me that a dll (in this case flengine.dll) is either not made for windows or has an error. I have tried google searches, but all the threads talk about specific dlls not working. My computer is noticeably slower, and a lot of program icons are missing. Right now I am running a full Malewarebytes scan to see if I can come up with anything. Any ideas as to what caused this?

It does sound like you might have a virus or malware on your computer. Let Malwarebytes run and you might also want to make a cd of the AVG Resuce disc and boot to that to run a scan. Here is a link: http://www.avg.com/us-en/avg-rescue-cd

Malwarebytes came up with nothing, after I booted back into normal mode, it was much worse than before.

Try a reg fix of windows.

Did you try the AVG boot disc?
