Looking for a i3+ laptop

I am looking for a lightweight i3+ laptop that is required for my studies.

I wonder if I can find anything that fits the requirements below:

Budget : Less than $800 before taxes

Purchase location : Toronto, Canada

Preferred brand : Acer, ASUS, Toshiba

Avoided brand : Averatec, eMachines, Gateway, HP, Sony

Refurbished/redistributed : Preferred not

Primary use : Business & Studies : MS Office, Accpac/Simply Accounting, Greatplains/MS Dynamics, Crystal Report, Adobe, Programming (Java, VB, Visual Studio, SQL, .Net, ASP, PHP), emails, web search/surfing, video conferencing.

Secondary use : Gaming, video streaming

NOTES : I will be carrying the notebook/laptop with me everyday as I travel frequently for business in public transit (bus, ferry, plane, subway).

Thank you very much for getting back to me.
I have looked at the link and unfortunately, that is a laptop that I will avoid to buy as I cannot add an extra 7.3 lbs/day. It will be too heavy for me as I'm only weighting 115 lbs. Thx again and take care!

You should look into the asus UL series. They have a somewhat weak CPU, but it should fit your needs
