This is my first experience building a PC. I ordered an Asus A7N8X from googlegear. It arrived with a worn out Anti Static bag riddled with holes. I figured it was a fluke and sent it back figuring there had probably been damage done. The second one arrived in the same condition, the anti static bag was worn and contained holes.
Do all motherboard manufacturers put such little care into the packaging of their products? Should I even be worried about the holes in the anti static bag, or is it not a big deal?
After I placed my recent order, I discovered Reseller Ratings.com. At least you didn't buy from cnetpc.com, like I did. I haven't got my stuff yet, but hopefully it won't be worthless junk when it arrives. I've read lots of horror stories. NewEgg.com for me from now on.
