How do i attach my graphics card

i have a radeon hd6770 and 3 exact model monitors with either hdmi or dvi connections on them. what connections ports do i use on the graphics card and do i need adapters. this card has 2 dvi conections , 1 hdmi connection and on connection (not sure what it is called) but looks like a slightly larger hdmi connection

That "slightly larger hdmi connection" is the DisplayPort which is required to be used for Eyefinity.

You need to purchase an Active DisplayPort to DVI adapter to set up Eyefinity.

In order for you to use eyefinity..you need to have one monitor connected to the "displayport" and last two can connect to the any of the other "port"
