I recently setup a home network with a netgear MR814v2 router. I have
two dell laptops. One is an inspiron 4150 with a truemobile 1180 which
allows me to wander the house with a good to excellent connection.
This is the connection I expected to receive. I also have a inspiron
8200 with a truemobile 1150 and this is where the problem lies. I have
very little range using the 8200. The difference in range is
unbelievable to the point where the 8200 with the 1150 can be one room
away and receive a "low-marginal" connection, while the 4150 will stay
at excellent. At first I was under the impression that the 1150 wasn't
attached to an antennae but it is attached correctly.

Does anyone have any ideas to what could be wrong? I have the newest
drivers for the router and the 1150, as I thought it might be a
driver/firmware mismatch. But upgrading the drivers has no results.
