Hi all,
I'm exactly a beginner when it comes to computer specifications and things of the sort, but I am definitely not an expert, hence why I have turned to you guys!
I am looking to buy a new laptop that is to be mainly used for 3D modelling and rendering (Sketchup, V-Ray, AutoCAD etc) alongside other packages such as Adobe Photoshop. I would also like for the laptop to provide good features for entertainment (movies, music etc).
The boxes that I am trying to tick include:
1) Has a more than capable processor for dealing with all the design programs as mentioned above
2) A good enough graphics card to support these features
3) A 17" screen or bigger
4) Enough RAM to support all my requirements
5) And the big one...cost...£900 is my top whack budget, but preferably lower than that if it can be avoided
The laptops I have been looking at include the Sony Vaio, Toshiba Satellite, Dell Inspiron...I have attached links for a few of the laptops I have been looking at

any other ideas are extremely appreciated
Thanks in advance
