Best cheap sound card for what I need?

Hello. I'm looking at buying the Sennheiser hd558s, and people have suggested I buy a sound card for it. It was recommended I get a xonar dgx, but it doesn't have all the ports I'm looking for. My current setup is: Xbox (3.5mm jack) to line in on motherboard, routing to output with my windows sounds. Then I have a microphone to record with that doesn't route to my output. So, my question is: What's the cheapest, good soundcard for use with the hd558 that has an output 3.5mm jack, and a line in and microphone 3.5mm jacks?

EDIT: I found these two cards. Are either of them any good for me?
