I just ordered an Athlon64 3200+ newcastle, it's retail thus comes with heatsink and fan... I don't plan on doing much in the overclocking department, so is this a decent heatsink/fan, or should I still shop for something better? If so, any recommendations? Thanks a bunch!

Its perfect for you. It should keep you below 40 at idle, and below 60 at load. (from other people postings)

Pie guy? Mmmmmmm, pie.....i love pumpkin pie. I would kill a man for punmpkin pie. Not like a friend or someone close, but someone i dont know....i would consider it.

What do you call a group of midgets? A pack, gaggle, a pride, or maybe just a murder?

I'd go with the stock HSF. If you later decide to OC you can always upgrade it.

Mobile XP 2600+ (11X200)
Abit NF7-S v 2.0
Maxtor 60GB ATA 133 7200RPM
512MB Corsair Twinx 3200LL
BBA 9800 Pro
Enermax Noisetaker 420 watts
Win98SE

yeah I don't use the stock one because I bought my chip OEM but I have heard really good things about the stock heatsink and fans.

Stock HSF is good. When I bought an OEM Athlon 2500+, I spend an extra $30 on a ThermalTake SilentBoost quiet HSF. Temperatures get to 70°C. I upgraded the fan from a 2500 to a 5500 RPM fan (which is loud as hell), and temps still get above 60°. I put a stock AMD HSF from like an old Athlon 1333, and temperatures don't get above 57°. Pretty weak.
