Which one is better for gaming ?

I've been wondering do you know which of these 2 monitors is better for gaming ?

Dell P2311H

OR

BenQ G2420HD

So, which one would you recommend for gaming ?

I'd suggest putting the links in for more responses as most people don't have time to look up each monitor.

not much difference really, same brand same resolution similar response times only real difference I can see is that the p2311 has better contrast ratio but they all lie anyway.
