HD LED TV vs LED Monitor

Hello everyone. I decided to buy a new monitor. It will be used mostly for programming, reading websites and only sometimes for movies. My priority is buying eyes-firendly one. But I cant find which charateristics to pay attention when choosing monitor suitable for long working and that it wont hurt my eyes. I am planning on SAMSUNG S27A550H right now. Can anybody give me advise? Is it correct that smaller response time is helathier for my eyes? In that case I should not be looking for IPS panels
