Hello all. I have a Synaps MA9JBK or M19W (Depending on which software I have up) 19" Widescreen monitor. When I first installed it, the monitor looked great, but after a few minutes, the screen started to get "ghost" images from my rotating wallpapers, and the mouse would disappear when moved, but would slowly reappear if left unmoved for about 10 seconds only to vanish again when moved.

I have Win 7 32 bit, Radeon 4600 series vid card, 4 gigs ram.

Is the monitor DoA or is there something simple that can be fixed?

I had posted about this before, but never received a response, and I shelved the monitor. I just dug it out while cleaning and it's either throw it out or fix it, so I could really use some advice on this please.

Hi Astor,

I have one of these MA9JBK monitors as well. I see someone answered your question on another forum (VGA Cable problem), but I was wondering if you knew where I could downlaod drivers/documentation for this monitor. The synaps website doesn't even list it in thier support section. Any way you could contact me and email me the manual and/or the driver files?

I was unable to locate any drivers for it. I'm just using them as a PnP setup ( I have two of these monitors). It wasn't the cable though, and I've since thrown the bad monitor away.
