Network help

i just got my laptop today and my network icon on my emachines laptop is frozen. i cant establish a wirless connection and when i try to go to the troubleshooting option, it freezes. eveytime i go to another way to get to the network, it freezes. please help

Return the computer to the vendor.
Computers are supposed to work when they are new.

I agree go get a new one!

You could try a factory restore using the recovery option 1st and see if its just a dodgy driver, if it still happens, RMA.
