I recently bought a pair of Pioneer BS41-LR's which are rated at 130Watts but my receiver (A 1998 Denon AVR-3200) is only rated at 80-85Watts/Channel. Will any of that be a problem?

Nope only a problem if your listening position is far away and your speakers are very inefficient. As a guide many peeps have mated those Pioneers and it cheaper cousin the BS21s with little T-amps ad for nearfield they do fine so for home audio/living room use 80+ wpc is plenty i would think ^^
