Sonata is sleek looking an is quiet thanks to his 120mm fan.
get Crucial Ballistix ram or OCZ PC3500 EB

Video card depends on your budget

Asus P4P800DX, P4C 2.6ghz@3.25ghz, 2X512 OCZ PC4000 3-4-4-8, Leadtek FX5900 w/ FX5950U bios@500/1000, 2X30gig Raid0

I would go with air duct case from Foxconn Casedge those have 120mm fans with air duct on the cpu that reduce the heat significally.

I would go with Kingston memory, their the most reliable memory makers imo.

And finally I would recommend going with ASUS Gigabyte or MSI 6800 card.

Splendid
The 6800GT is great, but forget buying ram. You dont OC so you dont need faster ram. If your ram works, it's fine.
Dont listen to petertoy, BTX isn't for AMD.
Pick your own case, it's far too much a question of personal taste.
