Upgrading bios of phoenix technologies

may u help me
i felt so confused when appearen to me some trobles about bios expecialy : how to upgrade my bios (Phoenix technologies-Axioo-Neon)
and how to disable temperatur warning in laptop above..

Go to your laptop manufacturer's web site, and see for an updated BIOS for your system. I would not try to use a generic BIOS in a laptop.

Also, if you are getting a temp warning, maybe you should see if there is an issue there instead of trying to disable it?
