[Only considering the 32-bit CPUs]
Barton 2500+ is a good one.but I couldm't get one.
It's out of stock. How about Sempron 2200+ or 2400+?
Has anyone overclocked one? Any other choices?

mobile barton

overclocking greatness, its a low voltage version , so if you put it at normal voltages you can get 2400mhz (i get 2600mhz)

Pretty much everything is overclockable. Some chips are able to overclock farther than others. I have a 2800+ XP chip that runs fine at 2500 mhz.

Personally I would get an XP chip over a Sempron. You should be able to get a 2500+ Barton lots of places, just have to look.

Any CPU can be OCed. Just a matter of how much juice you are willing to dump into it and how good your cooling solution is.

I have no problem laughing at changing a 2.8c @ 3.4? for a 3.0c @ 3.6, since I just changed an xp-m @ 2.4 for an A64 @ 2.3. ( I'm sure it will run faster, but I want to burn-in @ 2.3 for a bit)
