I was looking at this laptop and for $700 I could get an i3-350M CPU, 4 GB DDR3 RAM, and a Radeon 1 GB HD 5470. Would this be enough to play Batman Arkham Asylum 1 and 2, Burnout Paradise, Need For Speed: World, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit (Upcoming 2010), Prince of Persia (2008), Split/Second, Star Wars: Force Unleashed 2, Test Drive Unlimited 2 at decent (no lag) settings?

It will play the games, but I suspect there will be a bit of lag, especially if you were to crank up the settings. Maybe on low or perhaps medium settings with no AA, etc... it would be fine, but anything more and I think you'll see some lag. Take a look at these links to size up the performance of the components you mentioned:

So do you think I should raise my budget to get a better gpu or cpu?
