Dell laptop help

I purchased a Dell laptop online, it worked for 2 months and then mysteriously won't wake up. Any suggestions on how to start repairs?

  1. If you have had it for just 2 months, your best recourse is to call Dell and see what they have to say. If they cannot fix it over the phone, they'll have you send it in and they'll fix it for free (Dells, like most laptops and electronics come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty).
