It's a clip from the 1980 movie "Airplane" of an exchange between Leslie Nielsen and Robert Hayes. It's a very funny movie! If you haven't seen it, watch it.

One of my fave scenes is Barbara Billingsley as the Jive Lady.

Methinks tho that this may be an inside joke between jdj, mingo, and reynod....
