I have been set a task of installing SBS 2011 on a brand new Intel server. So far so good, ive built the server and everything seems ok.
I have a couple of questions though, the raid controller I have fitted does not have a driver for SBS 2011, however, it does for Server 2008. Would it be ok to use this?
Also I seem to be having the same issue with the SAS controller for the tape drive.
Im fairly confident that 2008 drivers will work but just wanted to know if others have had similar problems?

The 2008 drivers should work for both the RAID and SAS controllers.
BTW, what make/model of RAID and SAS controllers are you using?

Yes, you're good to go. SBS 2011 is simply Server 2008 R2 with the additional SBS components and branded as SBS 2011.
Just checked the update history on my SBS Server, no reference to SBS 2011, it's all "for Server 2008 R2".
