Windows can\'t recognize devices!

my computer is Toshiba satellite L300. It has a problem of not recognizing any devices. At first my usb ports were having power cause the mouse was lighting when i put it on the port, but now nothing is happening. Please can u help me ?

What specific devices are you referring to? Sounds like you might have an issue with your USB drivers. In Control Panel/Device Manager, what devices are indicated as having a problem?
