there is a red core wire inside the Monster Cable, how to connect this

Red Core Wire. Cut it or connect to both side of the calbe to the Calbe

RCA plugs DO NOT connect to speaker wires.
RCA is for low level audio, not speaker level.
If you provided all the details, and told us what you are trying to do, we may have an answer. But right now, you are doing it wrong.

I have a preamp subwoofer with regular speaker cables input but my stereo only have a RCA out put , can i covert RCA cables to a regular speaker cables???
