Transfer ownership of laptop?

I am selling my Toshiba Laptop. How should I transfer ownership?

If you have the original receipt, you can include that and a document signed by yourself stating that you have sold the laptop to such and such and individual. I deleted your e-mail addy because it isn't a good idea to put it in any sort of forum, as you are opening yourself up to spam attacks, malware, etc...
