I'm experiencing a constant On and Off on my monitor screen if I'm on the web, most specially if I download a video program, like the net/tv programs.
the screen would go OFF and in black with the pilot light going ON and OFF.
Thus far I would turn Off the whole computer and then turn On the main power back on and the whole set would work again finely.
Is the internet security program is the culprit in here? Please help me. Phil.
