Having trouble printing from the internet while using Windows 7

I just got my windows upgraded from windows XP to Windows 7 about a few weeks ago and I just noticed that now when I try to copy, paste or even save there's nothing there like the old version -- what does this mean. you can no longer print anything from the web let alone copy or paste or even save anything from the web like you could from the old windows xp version need help. Not really all that tech savvy.

What browser are you using ? Assuming IE.
Right click on the bar on top and add Menu Toolbar, from there go to View and customize your browser.
