Be sure to see Page 2 of that, they expose the die size of current 130nm opterons and compare it to both single and dual core 90nm opterons. They also claim that a dual core 90nm opteron won't run substantially hotter than current 130nm opterons. Hope you chip junkies like this. I'm drooling to be perfectly honest.
