Monitor goes back into analogue power saving mode
I’m experiencing a problem with my PC/monitor (Compaq Presario SR5219UK/LG L204WS) starts on wake up from sleep, but goes straight back into ‘analogue power saving mode’ (shows on the monitor screen) then screen goes black - can’t see anything at all. It seems the PC continues to run, as power button light shows green. I have to hold power button in for about 5-6 secs to shut PC down, then re-boot, but would take about 10 min for anything to appear on the monitor screen. I’ve just upgraded from vista to win 7 when it all started. I think it could be a conflict between Nvidia plug & play driver and the LG monitor driver (installed from CD) that came with pc/monitor. Any clues?
