appears discontinued but you might get away with downloading the winxp version, running the software, and if it doesnt auto detect you can add the .inf manually from wherever the executable extracts to from device manager

actually from the d15pbl driver page it lists this realtek driver which contains vista and vista64 drivers - def try it out
