My computer crashed. It is fixed and runs fine except no
online games will load. Have been told that viruses
erased a line from registry files. Again everything works
fine except no online games will load. It gets to the
final loading screen, on every site, and then stops
loading. No error messages, doesn't lock up or freeze.
Just won't load. I know I'm missing a file but don't know
which. Yes, Windows was uninstalled and re-installed.

The single player games use Flash and Java. Look here for help with
those applications:
