Manual upload to Ipdb

I now have a Fun-Fest manual copy and was wondering if I could figure out
how to upload it to Ipdb.

I have a flatbed scanner but it is not hooked up and not sure I can get it
to work.

Is it hard to get this stuff to the Ipdb folks?
