Explorer refreshes after adding favorite in IE9
Last response: in Windows 7
So Im not entirely sure how to say this. Its a tiny issue that I'm not sure if its a feature or a bug my windows has developed.
So, Anytime I add a Favorite in IE9, I notice my desktop refreshes (Assuming this is Explorer refreshing)
Anyone know whats causing it? I use W7 (HP 64bit)
I hardly ever even use the favorite feature, but when I do, said happens

"Solved"
After some troubleshooting, Turns out it was my Logitech Webcam Software. It started up every time I started up windows and apparently was interfering with Explorer. I uninstalled both the software and webcam drivers and the issue isnt happening. Guess if your having the same issue, check to see if any startup processes are messin with it =D
