Rollercoaster Tycoon Crashing

I keep getting RollerCoaster Tycoon locked up, usualy just as the main menu screen starts up (I have been able to start a game and place a ride, then I got artifacts and froze). Then my system locks.

I got the newest patch on their site, and my system runs all my other programs correctly, so is there a conflict with the GeForce 2's and RCT?

AXP 1700+ (non overclocked now)
786 PC2100 Unreg.
Abit KG7
PNY Verto Geforce 2 MX400 (also non overclocked now)
Win XP Pro

I have also tried tweaking my bios settings, nothing.I know it works with XP Pro, Tried it on my buddy's system, running an Athlon 900 w/ a Voodoo 3 3000PCI. Runs fine in XP Pro.

Crashing takes on a whole new meaning at 9.8 m/s.
