AMD 64 3200 and pc2700 ram

I`m upgrading to an AMD 64bit 3200.
I have 3 512mb pc2700 ddr ram modules from my old system.
Can i use it on the new 64 bit AMD 3200 ?
I just want to save a little money at first.
I can upgrade ram later.

You will take a slight hit for memory, but it will work. You may have some problems trying to run three dimms on socket 754, but the pc2700 might actually help there.
