Specific details on how to downgrade to windows7 from windows8 Please?

Help, i need to downgrade back to windows 7, I upgraded to windows 8 and it is just SO terrible! Please can i have an angel:)P) to tell me how to downgrade, and I need a free legit windows 7 operating system, i have a legit Code, just not a system, as Novatech didnt give me one, just a recovery disc, which I've already burnt to the disc. Please help me :(
 
the first thing I would do is to insert the windows 8 disk, select custom install.
On page showing HDD, select advanced and Delete all partitions.
At this point remove Installtion DVD and abort (cancel) install.
You can do this from a windows 7 disk, BUT not sure if it will properly recognize Windows 8 partitions.
Then try your Recovery disk - If that does not work, keep reading.

If you can not barrow a windows 7 Installation disk, Go to one of these LEGIT sites to download - DO NOT go to a site that may provide a ILLEGAL/virus infected copy.
Install, but do not insert YOUR key untill installation is completed.

Do the same if you can barrow a copy.

NOTE: If barrowed copy is an upgrade version, that is fine. but must select Custom install and again DO NOT enter your key during installation.

You need to boot up from another disk or USB. You can boot up a Linux install from a USB flash drive. Then rename:
Recycle Bin
Documents and Settings
Program Files
ProgramData
Users
Windows
autoexec.bat
config.sys

Then go to windows.old and copy everything to the C:\ directory. You can now boot from C and you should have your Win 7 back.
