Keyboard not working windows 7

Hello,
The enter and arrow keys have stopped working on my keyboard and the computer is relatively new. I was using the standard keyboard that came with the computer. So, I changed the keyboard to a spare one I have and the same issue is happening. All of the other keys work fine. Can you help?

The keyboard is USB ? Have you tried switching to a different USB port ? Go into the start menu and under accessories bring up the virtual keyboard and see if your getting the same error.
