Apparently, even while DDR2-667 is not yet truly there yet, DDR2-800 seems to be just around the corner. OCZ <A HREF="http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=18875" target="_new">plans</A> to introduce it still in 2004.

I wonder if i925XE will support DDR2-800?

I'm thinking it would do Intel only good to support DDR2-800. After all, it is the first DDR2 speed grade which can certainly beat DDR1 in terms of overall performance. Because of higher clocks, the latencies might even be reduced to more acceptable levels...
